基于DSP的液压设备状态监测系统

摘要 液压设备对污染敏感,容易产生各种故障,且故障形式多样,难于监测和判断。为此,研究了基于DSP的液压设备动态信号采集与处理系统。该系统以TMS320LF2407A芯片为主处理器,利用它自带的A/D采样转换器对液压系统的压力、流量和温度参数进行采集,预处理后送液晶显示并通过串行通信将数据送至上位机,在LabVIEW平台上做进一步的分析和故障诊断处理,实现了对液压系统状态参数的采集和处理的要求。最后,通过实验验证了设计的液压监测系统的可行性,该系统对于液压设备的实时监测有着一定的工程应用价值。 Hydraulic equipments are sensitive to pollution and prone to develop various kinds of faults which are different to measure and judge. So the paper studies the hydraulics dynamic signal gathering and processing system based on TMS320LF2407A to gather pressure, flow and temperature the 3 state parameters of hydraulics. And then the data is sent to LCD displaying and upload to PC through serial communication after pretreatment. The further analysis and fault diagnosis are done on the platform of LabVIEW. Finally, the system designed is proved to be feasibility through experiment. And this system has certain engineering using value in real-time monitoring of hydraulic equipment.
