摘要
研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)的存在下,氨-氯化铵缓冲溶液(pH10)中,铝与水杨基荧光酮(SAF)的显色反应。λmax=556nm,线性范围0~5μg/(25mL)。本方法用于食品中铝的测定,回收率为98%~104%。
The color reaction between aluminium and SAF in ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer with CTMAB was studied.λ max was 556 nm.The linear rage was 0~5 μg/25 mL.Using this method to determine the quantity of aluminium in food,the rate of recovery was 98%~104%.
