摘要
在通用CAD/CAM软件和后置处理软件的基础上,提出了面向2-5自由度并联机床的通用后置处理方法,并编写了面向5-UPS/PRPU并联机床的后置处理程序;在5-UPS/PRPU并联机床上进行了五角星零件的加工实验,验证了后置处理方法的可行性和正确性。
On the basis of the commonly used CAD/CAM soft- ware and the post-processing soft ware, the general purposed post-processing method orientating to 2 - 5 degree of freedoms parallel machine tools was put forward, and the post-processing program orientated to 5-UPS/PRPU parallel machine tools was compiled. A machining test for pentagram component part was carried out by the 5-UPS/PRPU parallel machine tool, and the feasibility and correct- ness of this post-processing method was verified.
