摘要
为研究富铬发芽糙米对大鼠脂类代谢的影响,采用SD大鼠(雌雄各半),对动物进行编号并随机分成4组:阳性对照组、阴性对照组、大剂量组、小剂量组,并以高脂饲料建立模型,严格日粮,自由饮水,喂养20 d后眼球取血,分离血清,测定总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)等指标。结果表明:与阳性对照组相比阴性对照组、大剂量组、小剂量组的TC、TG、LDL-c均有所降低,HDL-c显著升高,剂量组间亦有显著性差异。说明富铬发芽糙米具有抵抗血脂升高的作用,可做为功能性食品加以开发。
To study the influence of chromium enriched sprouted brown rice to lipid metabolism in rats, SD rats (male and female in half and half) were used as experimental animals. Rats were random divided into four groups, namely positive control group, negative control group, high - dose group and low-dose group. The experimental model was established with high fat feed, strict diet and free water. Blood from eyeball was drawn after fed 20 d, and total triglycerides (TC), total cholesterol (TG), high- density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- c), and low- density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL - c) were measured. Results: Compared with the positive control group, the TC, TG, LDL - c of the other three groups are much lower and HDL-c significantly higher. There are remarkable differences among the different dose groups. It is concluded that chromium enriched sprouted brown rice has action of regulating blood lipids; the chromium enriched sprouted brown rice can be used as a functional food to be developed.
