摘要
本文将女性图书馆员在职业发展中所看重的工作稳定、领导认可、喜欢工作内容、提升成长、组织关心帮助、高收入、工作氛围、组织信任、良好的工作条件、参与感等十个因素在年龄、职务、职称等指标上的差异性作了统计分析,并与馆领导的预期进行比较分析,指出馆领导与女性图书馆员在管理沟通中存在的一些认识偏差。
In this paper, it presents a statistical analysis of the differences among the indicators to which are related,such as age, position,job title and so on. The indicators are the datum of analyzing the ten factors to which the female librarians pay important attention in the Career Devel- opment. In addition, the author also compares the anticipation of the library leaders with the fe male librarians results, and indicates thai there are some understanding differences between them on the Management Communication.
