摘要
目的探讨食管癌患者的家庭支持对围术期治疗依从性的影响。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对72例原发性食管癌患者分别进行家庭支持状况和围术期治疗依从性的调查,并进行相关性分析。结果食管癌手术患者家庭支持状况良好,处于中度至高度家庭支持水平;食管癌患者家庭支持情况与围术期治疗依从性成正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论家庭支持的状况影响食管癌患者围术期治疗依从性,医护人员应重视对原发性食管癌手术患者家属的教育,为患者提供高水平的家庭支持,以提高其围术期治疗的依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of family support on therapeutic compliance in esophageal cancer patients during perioperative period. Methods Totally 72 esophageal cancer patients were investigated by using questionnaires in terms of their family support and therapeutic compliance. Results The family support of the patients was at a moderate to high level; and there was a positive correlation between family support and therapeutic compliance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Family support can affect the therapeutic compliance of esophageal cancer patients. Health professionals should pay more attention to health education for family members, and improve patients＇ family support to promote their therapeutic compliance.
