摘要
目的了解大学生性知识的掌握情况、获取性知识的途径、对当前大学性教育的满意程度及其性观念,并调查大学生发生婚前性行为的原因、对象、时间及避孕安全措施、是否发生过意外怀孕;并在调查中宣传生殖健康知识.方法采用随机抽样法,选择昆明市7所高职高专院校422名在校学生进行一对一同伴模式面访并由调查员填写问卷.结果28.4%的受访者发生过婚前性行为,40.3%的受访者认为在感情成熟时不介意发生婚前性行为,28.7%的受访者不赞成发生婚前性行为.8.6%的受访者对大学的性教育工作开展得满意.结论目前大学生对性知识的需求较高,但当前开展的性教育工作并不能满足学生的需求,亟待相关部门进行加强.
Objective To understand the students＇ level of mastering the sexual knowledge and the way they acquire it and their contentment level of the sexual education held in college. To investigate the cause that makes them have premarital sexual behavior, the character they have it with, the period when they have premarital sexual behavior, the safe contraception measure they took, whether they have a unexpected pregnancy during this period or not, to disseminate the reproduction and health knowledge during the survey. Methods By using the random sampling method 422 students were selected from seven Kunming colleges with different categories to have interview in one-to-one mode and to fill the questionnaire by the interviewer solely after the interview. Results 28.4% of the respondents had premarital sex, 40.3% of the interviewees did not care to have premarital sex when they considered that they have own a mature reins, 28.7% of the respondents did not approve of premarital sex, 8.6% of the respondents were satisfied with the sex education held in the college. Conclusion At present, students have a high demand for education about sex, but the sex education held in the college now can not meet the needs of the students, this is strongly needed to be enhanced by the relevant departments.
