摘要 介绍了74000DWT自卸式散货船改装过程中采用的先进的主船体水上大合拢工艺.先将新造部分的主船体(包括货舱和艏部)在倾斜船台上进行合拢,端部密封下水,再与旧船部分在水上对接合拢.此种工艺操作难度相对较大,特别是对中调整.突出的优点就是对工厂设备的要求较低(如起吊设备),占用坞期短,制造成本也相应较低.给出了坞内对接的要点和对接过程,对其它船舶对接工作具有指导和借鉴意义. The advanced technical method is described about main hull structure of conversion project of 74000DWT self-loading bulk carrier erection on floating. Main hull structure (including cargo holds and bow part) with watertight end part was built on slipway, and jointed with oM hull part after launched on floating state. The complicated key point of this method is alignment adjusting; but low requirement of shipyard facilities (example crane), short period in dock and low conversion cost are advantages. The article described key point and procedure of jointing. It is helpful for other kinds of ships.
