摘要
目的分析戒烟门诊就诊患者人群特征、吸烟状况、戒烟经历、依赖程度、戒断特征。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2008年7月在中日友好医院戒烟门诊452例就诊者的吸烟状况、依赖程度、戒断特征。结果男性397例,女性55例,平均年龄42岁,其中以高学历、高收入、白领阶层为主要人群(占45.1%);平均吸烟时间达21年,平均每天吸烟数量20支;尼古丁依赖评分平均5.4分;84.1%(380例)尝试戒烟,戒烟期间74.1%(335例)无任何帮助,完全凭借毅力;吸烟情景中饭后吸烟居第1位,戒烟期间最难面对的问题是烟瘾发作。由报纸或传媒了解到戒烟门诊的占58.2%(263例)。结论戒烟门诊就诊者主要集中在高学历、高收入群体,就诊动机主要为了健康。公共场所禁烟、吸烟危害的媒体宣传对吸烟者进入戒烟门诊起到积极促进作用。
Objective To analyze the characteristics, smoking status, smoking quitting experience, severity of nicotine dependence, withdrawal symptoms of the patients who visited the smoking cessation clinic at China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Beijing. Methods Data of 452 smoking patients who visited the clinic during January 2005 to July 2007 were retrospectively analyzed for their smoking status, nicotine dependence, symptoms of withdrawal, and so on. Results The patients studied included 397 men and 55 women,, with mean age of 42 years and average length of 21 years of smoking 20 cigarettes per day, and 45.1 percent of them were white collars with higher education and incomes. Their Fagerstrom Tolerance ( nicotine dependence) Questionnaire (FTQ) score averaged 5.4. Three hundred and eighty of them (84. 1% ) had ever tried to quit smoking, but 335 of them (74. 1% ) did not get any help in their quitting attempts and relied only on their own efforts. Most of them smoked after meals and the most difficult thing for them was craving for cigarettes during their smoking quitting. Two hundred and sixty-three of them (58.2%) knew smoking cessation clinic from newspaper or other media. Conclusions Smokers who visited smoking cessation clinic focused in those with higher levels of education and incomes, and their motivation of clinic visits mainly was for their benefit of health. Banning cigarette smoking in public places and publicity of hazards caused by smoking in media play active roles in promoting smokers to visit smoking cessation clinic.
