摘要
介绍了确定自走式滩涂修井机载车轮胎转向空间的作图法及轮胎跳动量的选取情况。建议采用半经验公式计算转向阻力矩,而用理论公式进行校核。推导出满足转向梯形机构的左、右轮转角关系式;建立了优化转向梯形底角的目标函数。用计算机对目标函数进行优化设计,得出:当转向梯形底角γ=74°时,转角误差之和最小,即梯形底角74°是转向梯形机构的最佳参数。最后对转向系的若干重要参数进行了校核计算。
The dign method f0r detendning the steering space of the tyres of the tmck for a beach self proPelled workoverrig is pmted. It is suggested to calculate the steering moment of resistance hy semi-rational fonnula and check by theo-rehcal formula. The relationship for rotating angles of right and left tyres satisfying the steering usPezoid mechanism isderived, the obective function for optimizing the base angle of steering trapeZOid is established. The objective function isoPtindzed, and the restdt shows that the optimum base angle of the trapezoid mechanism is 74'. fore of the Inain mp-eters of the steering system are calculated and checked.
