摘要
针对非圆截面零件异型轧辊环状孔型的数控加工工艺要求,利用西门子数控系统,分析了异型轧辊环状孔型曲线的加工策略和加工过程中刀具的位置,建立了异型轧辊环状孔型曲线的数学模型,定义了R参数,并给出了参数编程方法.编程实例表明,该编程方法工作可靠,工作量小,工作效率高.为R参数编程方法在非圆截面零件数控加工中的实际应用提供了技术支持.
The research is the demand for the circularity groove surface of non-circular cross section roller in NC processing. SINUMERIK CNC system is used to analyze the machining strategy and machining tool position and build a mathematics model for the circularity groove surface. Also,the R parameter is defined and programming method with R parameter is given. The results show that the method can improve the manufacturing stability, reduce the programming workload and increase the efficiency. So the research can be widely used in NC machining for non-circular cross section rollers.
