荧光检定用镍铬合金标准物质的研制 被引量:2

摘要 对荧光检定用镍铬合金标准物质的制备技术进行了研究,并考察了标准物质的均匀性和稳定性,分析了定值不确定度。经检验,该标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性,定值数据呈正态分布,各实验室定值数据等精度。镍、铬含量的标准值分别为68.29%和28.35%,定值结果的相对扩展不确定度分别为0.7%和2%(k=2)。 Certified reference material of nickel - chromium alloy ( CRM - Ni-Cr) for calibration of X - ray fluorescence spectrometer was developed. The homogeneity and stability of the CRM - Ni-Cr were examined. The uncertainty of certification of the CRM - Ni-Cr was analysed. The results showed that the CRM - Ni-Cr were normal distribution while data from different labs were equal degree of precision. The homogeneity and stability of the CRM - Ni-Cr was qualified. The standard values of CRM - Ni-Cr were 68.29% for Ni and 28.35% for Cr, while their relative expanded standard uncertainty were 0.8% and 2% (k =2) respectively.
