摘要
根据复杂配电网的结构特点,提出了一种符合实际运行、较为准确的可靠性评估算法。首先建立配电网简化模型,基于此以区域为单位进行评估,计及开关故障(包括断路器及熔断器的动作不可靠)和检修及自动化的影响,考虑了备用极限容量,进行以甩负荷最小为目标的网络重构,最后通过实例说明,得出各负荷点及系统的可靠性指标。
According to the structure feature of the complex distribution network, puts forward a kind of algorithm of reliability evaluation. Firstly builds the simplified model of the complex distribution network, evaluates as the unit of area, relates with the impact of switch failure, repair and automatization, makes the network reconstruction to take aim at minimum throwing off load, finally through the example obtains the reliability index of each load point and the system.
