摘要
以超精密平面磨床的主体结构(包括床身、横梁、立柱与工作台)作为研究对象,利用HYPERMESH建立各零部件的有限元模型,并在ANSYS中进行模态分析,分析得到磨床主体结构材料分别为铸铁和人造花岗岩时的前十阶模态,对这两种不同材料所制造部件的动态性能进行对比评估,从而为超精密平面磨床主体结构的材料选择提供了有用依据。
Taking the main bodies(incl.machine-bed,beam,column,and worktable)of super precise surface grinder as research objects,set up finite element models for these bodies by using HYPERMESH,and make mode analysis in ANSYS.As a result,the first ten models for the main bodies,which are respectively made of iron and man-made granite,are obtained.Then dynamic performances of these parts made of the two kinds of different materials are evaluated contrastively.Therefore,this paper provides a useful guidance for mate rial selection of main bodies of super precision surface g rinding machine.
