摘要
制备一种SiO2改性剂用于提高聚丙烯软包装材料的极性,进而提高聚丙烯的印刷复合性能。在SiO2用量5%时可以使聚丙烯的剥离强度提高50%,使聚丙烯对聚氨酯类油墨的附着牢度提高40%,且对聚丙烯材料的韧性得到改善。
A silica modifier was prepared to enhance the polarity of polypropylene flexible packaging materials, thus improving the performance of polypropylene composite printing. It was found that silica in the amount of 5% can make the peeling strength of PP increase by 50%, adhesive power of polyurethane type ink to polypropylene increase by 40 %, and improve the toughness of polypropylene material.
