摘要
全球金融危机在席卷美欧国家的同时,也使"金砖四国"这些新兴大经济体产生了严重的危机过敏症。外部危机对这些大新兴经济体的赶超发展和崛起将产生什么样的影响呢?需要在对金融危机冲击的机制、程度进行深入分析基础上找出深层根由,并探索这些大新兴经济体如何在反危机过程中化危机为良机,加快结构调整和增长模式转型,以较早走出危机阴影和实现后危机时代的持续快速增长和稳步崛起。
When the global financial crisis spreads throughout the whole world, BRIC the four emerging countries are no exception to its shock. What will be the effects of the external crisis on these countries＇ leap-forward development？ The mechanism and degree of the crisis must be analyzed to transform the disadvantages to good opportunity, to speed structural adjustment and change the increase model so as to get rid of the negative influence and realize sustainable and steady development.
