摘要
在真空脱水无催化剂条件下合成共轭亚油酸甘油酯,用薄层色谱法和柱色谱法分析反应产物的组成。试验考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应物配比对合成甘油酯时共轭亚油酸的转化率的影响。研究表明最佳反应条件是温度190℃,时间5h,反应物配比为1:1,转化率可高达99.2%。
