摘要
研究了一种用于多支承转子轴承系统的二维轴承载荷传感器的动态特性,从理论分析出发,合理建模,结合有限元分析软件ANSYS对传感器结构进行了动力学分析。通过模态分析,提取了传感器前六阶阵型的固有频率,并进一步对X,Y,Z三个方向的主阵型进行了谐响应分析,得到位移频率曲线。该结论对于实际工作中实现不失真测量和避免共振可提供理论指导。
A two-dimensional load-sensor used in multi-support rotor-bearing system was introduced.The dynamic characteristics of the sensor were analyzed through FEM software ANSYS.The first 6 ranks of inherent frequencies were extracted by modal analysis.Through harmonic response analysis on the 3 main ranks in X,Y and Z directions,the shift-frequency curve of the sensor was obtained.This paper provides the instruction for measuring without distortion and avoiding resonance in practice.
