摘要
首先对某特种车辆车架结构进行了分析,建立了合理的有限元模型。接着对其在冲击载荷的6种极限工况下的瞬态响应进行研究,并通过试验得到验证。最后在此基础上开展了冲击载荷下疲劳寿命的评估,为车架的改进设计提供了指导。
Firstly the structure of a special vehicle frame is analyzed with a reasonable finite element model established. Then its transient responses under 6 extreme working conditions with impact load are studied and validated by tests. Finally, based on these, its fatigue life under impact load is evaluated, providing guidance for the improvement design of frame.
