摘要
建立了皮革中富马酸二甲酯的萃取及气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法。萃取过程以乙酸乙酯作为萃取剂,超声波辅助萃取;萃取液经过中性氧化铝净化处理。加标回收率为85.1%~89.3%,相对标准偏差为5.6%~9.1%。方法适合于皮革中富马酸二甲酯含量的测定。
A method for the determination of dimethyl fumarate in leather was developed by gas chromatography with MS detector. Ultrasound enhanced acetic ether extraction was applied during the extraction process. The extraction solution was purified by neutral alumina. The recoveries were between 85.1% and 89.3 %, and the relative standard deviations were between 5.6% and 9.1%. The results suggested that the method was simple, accurate and reliable for the test of dimethyl fumarate in leather.
