摘要
针对兖矿集团东滩煤矿年产600万t 1303综放工作面实际情况,进行了工作面尘源分析,并基于风流紊流的三维k-ε流动方程组模型,应用控制容积法和计算流体力学(CFD)的SIMPLE(压力耦合方程式的半阴解法)方法,对工作面断面粉尘流场的浓度和流线进行了ANSYS数值模拟,然后根据支架喷雾降尘用喷嘴的性能实验,优选了安设到综放液压支架上的喷嘴类型,最后提出了1303综放工作面支架喷雾降尘装置的优化设计方案。通过在该工作面的工业性试验证明,该方案大大降低了各生产工序的产尘浓度,保障了矿工的身心健康和矿井的安全生产。
Aiming at the actual situation of No. 1303 fully mechanized caving face annually producing 6 million tons of coal in Dongtan Colliery, Yanzhou Mining Group Co. Ltd. , the dust sources in the face were analyzed. In order to reduce the dust concentration in the face greatly and based on the 3D k-ε model of turbulent flow, the methods such as the volume-control method and CFD's SIMPLE (Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equations) method were applied to do the ANSYS numerical simulation on the concentration and streamline of dust-flow field of the section. Then, according to the performance test of nozzles for dust suppression of the powered support, the best type of nozzle, the water-supplying pressure of spraying and the nozzle's diameter were chosen. Finally, the optimal design scheme of dust-settling device for the No. 1303 face was proposed. By the industrial test in the No. 1303 face, the plan was proved to be scientific and rational which reduced the dust concentration in different produc- tion activities greatly. And the plan is also useful :for the safe production and miners ' health.
