摘要
后期临床教学是对医学生进行动手能力培养,提高学生综合素质的重要方法和手段,并以此让医学生在毕业后能尽快适应用人单位和工作岗位的要求。但在实际的后期临床教学中,尤其是中医院校医学生,由于受各种因素的影响,学生动手能力的培养大打折扣,在一定程度上影响了学生的质量和学生的综合素质。本文就此问题进行了总结和分析,针对性地提出了一些策略,希望能对各位同仁提供帮助。
