摘要
在课堂管理中实现大学生自治的制度化,探索新的培养模式,从而提高学生在学习上的自我管理、自我约束能力以及在人际关系上的团队合作能力和与人沟通能力,在课堂教学过程中将社会对于复合型人才的需求纳入课堂教学的培养模式之中去。
The paper aims to practice the institutionalization of autonomy of college students in the context of class management,striking out a new fostering mode to improve students' ability of self-management and self-discipline in terms of study as well as of team-work and interpersonal communication in the case of interpersonal relationship.In this case,it integrates the social demands of all-round talents into the mode of classroom teaching.
