摘要
江雷研究员在世界上首次提出的“纳米界面材料的二元协同效应”新思想揭示了生物体表面超疏水性的机理,指导相关仿生材料的可控制备,在超双亲/超双疏功能材料的制备和性质研究等方面取得了系统的创新成果。今年10月,江雷研究员将应邀出席“2009第八届中国国际纳米科技(湘潭)研讨会”,并做大会特邀报告,报告摘要如下:
Bio-inspired smart materials should be a "live" material with various functions like organism in nature, they must have three essential elements as sense, drive and control. Our recent studies are focused on the design and fabrication of bio-in- spired surfaces with special wettability based on these ideas. The studies on lotus and rice leaves re- veal that a super-hydrophobie surface with both a large CA and small sliding angle needs the cooperation of micro- and nanostructures, and the arrangement of the microstructures on this surface can influence the way a water droplet tends to move.
