摘要
本文从加强知识产权保护、把握信息服务的尺度、超文本链接慎重对待、强化参考源知识产权保护、知识产权相关声明、优化技术支持及完善隐私权保护机制等方面规避数字档案馆信息服务中侵权风险,对数字档案馆信息服务中涉及的知识产权问题作了阐述。
Issue of intellectual property rights throughout the digital archives information services has always been. To this end, information services for digital archives in intellectual property issues involved in each analysis, from strengthening intellectual property protection, grasp the scale of information services, hypertext link seriously, strengthening reference source intellectual property protection, intellectual property rights related to the statement, optimization techniques support and improve such areas as privacy protection mechanisms to circumvent the digital archives information services infringement risks, with a view to promoting China＇s digital archives information services work stability, sustainable development.
