摘要
中国食品安全是近年来引起我国政府、社会理论界广泛关注和热烈讨论的大问题。从四川猪链球菌感染事件到三鹿奶粉事件反映出我国动物性食品安全依然存在一定问题。现针对其造成的因素提出提高动物性食品安全性的主要对策。
In recent years, the chinese food safety has becoming a major and seirous problem arousing our country government, society and theorists paying extensive attention to and discussing that enthusiastically. Reflected from the infection incident of Streptococcus in Sichuan to Sanlu Milk incident, our country still has certain problems on the animal derived food safety. Now in this paper, the formation factors and the countermeasure on it will be discussed.
