激光打标中激光路径优化算法及应用

Marking Path Optimization Algorithm for Laser Marking and Application

摘要 在激光打标系统中,通过以切弧过渡的形式处理激光标刻中空行程连接,采用标刻行程间最短距离切弧过渡,保证连接段长度最短。可确保激光束能在惯量的约束下以最大加减速度来生成插补点,降低整体标刻时间,提高标刻在尖点、拐点等起始处的标刻质量。最后在激光打标系统上的应用表明,运用该算法能够改善以前存在的工艺问题,提高实际标刻图案的质量和效率。 In the laser marking, to ensure that the shortest length of the connection path, the blank connection path are treated with through the form of tangent arc transition and using the shortest distance tangent arc transition between the marking paths in the implementation. It is ensuring that the sum of all blank path length are shortest possible, and the processing time may be save. Then the all interpolation points are calculated by overall rate of designing, so that the integrity marking times are saving. Finally in our laboratory development application of the laser marking machine shows that using the algorithm can not only solve the problem of pre-existing processing, but also improving the actual marking quality and efficiency.
