摘要
以疏肝健脾、温胃健脾、养阴益胃、清利健脾4型复方煎剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴不典型增生,在取得临床疗效的基础上,做了不同药物浓度对不典型增生细胞的细胞培养。结果显示,4型系列复方对不典型增生的抑制率均>70％以上。
The treatment was divided into four types of compound decoctions, viz. soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen, warming the stomach and strengthening the spleen, nourishing Yin and benefiting the stomach, clearing away the pathogens to strengthen the spleen. On the basis of getting therapeutic effect and pathological effectiveness, cytologic culture was made for the proliferative cells in different concentrations. Results revealed that the inhibition rates on a typical proliferative cells by all 4 serial compound recipes were all above 70%.
