摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜观察了Fe-0.88C-1.35Si-1.03Cr-0.43Mn钢不同相变产物的表面浮凸形貌,并使用光学及透射电子显微镜研究了等温10min条件下,上、下贝氏体相变产物的显微组织,以期获得有关贝氏体相变的新认识。结果表明,380℃等温10min条件下形成的上贝氏体呈现短棒状光学显微形貌,其精细结构由亚条排列组合而成,从而表面浮凸显示出边界不清晰、衬度不连续条状形貌;200℃等温10min条件下形成的下贝氏体呈现针状光学显微形貌,其精细结构显示为宽度尺寸在纳米数量级、长度却在μm数量级的片条;含硅钢的上、下贝氏体在相变早期以各自的相变方式形成。
The surface relief of the transformation products in a Fe-0.88C-1.35Si-1.03Cr-0.43Mn steel was observed by means of scanning electron microscopy.The microstructure of upper and lower bainite formed by isothermal at different temperature for 10min was investigated with optical and transmission electron microscopy.The purpose of the research is obtaining new evidence on bainitic transformection.It is found that upper bainite formed by isothermal at 380℃ for 10min exhibits rod-like microstructure under optical microscope. The fine structure of the rod-like upper bainite is arranged by sub-plates. So the surface relief of the rod-like upper bainite has in-defined boundary and discontinuous contrast. The lower bainite formed by isothermal at 200~C for 10min has needle-llke microstructure under optical microscope. The fine structure of the needle- like lower bainite shows the plate with width in nm scale and length in Ixm scale. The result shows that upper and lower bainite in silicon- containing steel may have different transformation mechanism at the most early stage of growth.
