摘要
核聚变装置EAST对极向场电源控制实时性要求特别高,必须在一个控制周期(1 ms)内完成对12套电源设备的通信、反馈控制、采集、测量等闭环控制环节的操作。介绍反射内存网的工作原理,选用VMIPCI-5565反射内存卡和VMIACC-5595网络集线器搭建了由10个节点构成的反射内存实时网络,并在QNX6.30实时操作系统下测试了反射内存网的实时性、延迟确定性和可靠性。EAST实验结果表明该网络完全满足极向场电源控制系统的实时要求。
The requirements of EAST fusion device of real-time power control was particularly high, it must implement communication,feedback control, data acquisition and measurement within a control cycle (lms) on 12 set power supply sub-system devices. The working principle of reflective memory network was introduced. 10 nodes reflective memory real-time network was built by using VMIPCI-5565 reflective memory card and VMIACC-5595 hub, and the real-time, delay determinacy and reliability of the network were tested under QNX6.30 real time control system. The result of the experiment indicates that this network Completely meets the real-time requirements of poloidal field power supply control system.
