阿维菌素在稻田生态系统中的残留分析及消解动态研究 被引量:11

摘要 利用反相高效液相色谱法建立了在稻田水、土壤、稻株和稻谷中阿维菌素残留量的测定方法,并试验了阿维菌素在稻田生态系统中的残留动态及最终残留量。样品采用甲醇提取,二氯甲烷萃取,经弗罗里硅土柱净化后。采取反相HPLC—UVD方法测定。该方法的添加回收率为83.25%-98.49%,变异系数为2.35%-4.81%,最低检出浓度为0.001mg/kg,最低检出量为1.0×10^-1g。残留动态试验结果表明,阿维菌素按推荐使用剂量(9mg/kg)和2倍推荐使用剂量(18mg/kg)施药,它在稻田水、土壤和稻株中的半衰期分别为1.17—1.49d、1.19—1.35d和1.60-1.64d。在推荐使用剂量和2倍推荐使用剂量施药3次的情况下,最后1次施药距收获间隔期14d,阿维菌素在稻谷内均未检出。 A reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatography ( RP - HPLC) method for determination of avermectin in water, soil, paddy plant and paddy in paddy field was developed and the degradation dynamics and final residues of avermectin in ecosystem of paddy field were estimated. Samples of water, soil, paddy plant and paddy were extracted by methanol, and further extracted with dichloromethane by liquid - liquid extraction. The extract was cleaned - up with florisil cartridge. The analysis was determined by reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP- HPLC) with UVD. The average recoveries ranged from 83.25% to 98.49%, with relative standard deviation 2.35% -4.81%. The lowest detectable concentration of avermectin in water, soil,paddy plant and paddy was 0.001 mg/kg, and the detection limit was 1.0 × 10^-10 g. The results of residue dynamics showed that the half lives of avermectin in water, soil and paddy plant were 1.17 - 1.49 d, 1.19 - 1.35 d and 1.60 - 1.64 d, respectively, when it was applied to paddy plants by a recommended dosage (9 mg/kg) and two recommended dosages (18 mg/kg). Avermeetin was not detected in paddy 14 d after the final application when it was used to paddy plant three times by a recommended dosage and two recommended dosages.
