摘要
行动研究是从实际工作需要出发,在实际工作中寻找问题,在实际工作过程中进行研究,使研究成果为实际工作者和研究者理解和掌握,从而达到解决实际问题、改善行为目的的一种研究范式。将行动研究引入高师公共教育学教学,是基础教育改革与发展的需要,有利于改变高师公共教育学教学沉闷局面,促进高师教育学教师的专业发展。高师公共教育学教学行动研究可以采取多种模式。推进高师公共教育学教学行动研究,需要解决教师参与研究的动力机制,构建任课教师间共同协作的文化,培养教师的敬业精神。
Action research is a kind of research measure in which we search and solve the problems for actual practice in the work, render practitioners and researchers to comprehend and command the research production, thereby, we may solve our actual problems and promote our action level in the future work. For the sake of reform and development of basic education, we introduce action research to common pedagogy teaching in normal college, which avails to change the tedious class teaching of common pedagogy and to promote the professional development of common pedagogy teachers. Action research of common pedagogy teaching in normal college can take a lot of patterns, but for this, we need to construct motivity mechanism for common pedagogy teachers ' participation, to build collaboration culture among common pedagogy teachers, and to cultivate devotion spirits of common pedagogy teachers.
