摘要
该文分析了中国实现科学跨越发展所面临的压力与挑战,指出建设生态文明对于应对这些问题具有重要意义。在此基础上,作者阐述了生态文明建设的内涵、目标与具体举措,为加快中国从工业文明到生态文明这一历史性转变、实现科学跨越发展提出对策。
This paper analyzes the pressure and challenge faced by China during the process of realizing the scientific leaping development, pointing out that the construction of ecological civilization has great significance to deal with those issues. Having elucidated the connotation, target and detailed approaches of ecological civilization construction, this article also raises the corresponding measures to accelerate the historic transition from industrial civilization to ecological civilization and realize the scientific leaping development.
