软土地基上高填方对邻近建筑的影响及地基处理方法探讨 被引量:12

摘要 在软土地基上填筑土坡不仅影响到堆土本身的整体稳定和变形,而且会引起相邻的拟建建筑物较大的附加沉降及不均匀沉降、土体水平位移、桩侧负摩阻力等一系列的岩土工程问题。采用二维固结程序和有限元分析,对某高填土工程的地基处理研究,提出通过加强地基刚度、减小堆筑体荷载、合理安排施工顺序,先进行堆土,待变形稳定后再进行拟建建筑的施工,以有效地控制高填土对邻近建筑的影响。 In the design of embankments constructed on soft subsoil, many engineering problems should be considered. The key points are embankment ground stability and additional deformation of adjacent structures induced by high embankments. The paper studied soft ground treatment method for high embankment engineering of Shanghai with computing and analysis. The effective way to control high embankment impact on the surrounding foundation could include strengthening ground stiffness, reducing backfilling load in embankment, reasonable arrangements for the construction sequence. The study may be useful to similar projects of high embankment in design and construction.
