摘要
水口山炼铅法生产过程中,有一定量的高铅渣筛下物及风化粉料产生,将其返回底吹炉再次熔炼经济上不合理。为此提出了将高铅渣粉末制团后直接送鼓风炉处理,探讨了高铅渣粉末制团的工艺条件对团块性质的影响。
A certain amount of the sieve throughs and weathering powder of high-lead slag were produced during production process in Suikousan's lead smelting, and it is unreasonable in economic if it was return back to button-blown furnace to smelt. This paper proposed that high lead slag powder was delivery directly to blast furnace after agglomeration, and analyzes the impact of agglomeration technical condition of high lead slag powder on pellets properties.
