摘要
离体大鼠心脏经低压(1.47kPa)、无氧灌流30min后,用正常K-H液复灌30min,可导致严重的心肌缺血再灌注损伤。研究表明,复合酶可明显减轻心肌损伤,表现为能明显降低心律失常发生率,改善心脏复灌时的心率,并在一定程度上增加冠脉流量、降低心肌MDA的含量。
It was caused serious ischemia reperfusion injury on isolated rat heart, which at first flowed by Kreb’s Hensenleit(K H) buffer with lower pressure (1.47 kPa) and 95% N 2 5%CO 2 for 30 min, then reflowed by standard K H buffer with 12 kPa and 95%O 2 5%CO 2 for 30 min. The results indicated that the multi enzymes could reduce the damages of myocardium obviously: decrease the rate of arrhythmia, increase the flow of the coronary artery, and reduce the contents of MDA in myocardium. The multi enzymes had evidently protective effects on isolated ischemia reperfusion myocardium of rats.
