临床实习前护生自我评估的因子分析

摘要 [目的]分析不同层次护生临床实习前自我评估情况,为下一步护生临床实习规划的设计奠定基础。[方法]运用自行设计的调查问卷和因子分析法对不同层次护生的自身能力和工作态度进行评估。[结果]本科生的学习自我管理和沟通能力方面,与专科生相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),科研意识本科生明显高于专科生(P<0.01),专科生的知识探索态度则明显高于本科生(P<0.01)。[结论]不同层次护生在临床实习前自身能力和工作态度的准备上有相近之处,也存在差别。 Objective:To analyze self - assessment of different levels of nurs- ing students before clinical practice, to establish a foundation for making clin- ical practice plan for nursing students further. Methods: By adopting self - designed questionnaire and factor analysis method to analyze the self-ability and work attitude of different levels of nurse students. Results: There were no statistical significant differences in terms of learning self - management and communication ability between college nursing students and students from training school(P^0.05). Scientific research consciousness of college nursing students was much higher than that of students from training school (P^0.01). Knowledge exploration attitude of students from training school was significantly better than that of college nursing students(P^0.01). Con- clusion:Different levels of nursing students are close to each other in the preparation of self - ability and work attitude. However, there are some differences between them.
