摘要 电动车制动拨叉是一个形状复杂,精度要求很高的零件,一般采用精冲工艺生产才能满足要求。通过对其工艺性分析,介绍了零件的精冲工艺;设计了一副冲孔落料级进精冲模,在普通压力机上冲压,就能达到图纸要求。经生产证明:零件工艺方案可靠,冲件质量稳定,模具结构简单,提高了企业的经济效益。 The brake clevis of electric motor vehicle is an important part with complicated shape and higher precision which can be realized usually by fine punching process. By analysis of the process of brake clevis, the fine punching process has been introduced and a set of progressive fine blanking die has been designed, which can meet the drawing requirement on the common press machine. Practice has proved that the punching process is reliable, the quality is stable, and the structure of die is simple, which increases the enterprise's economic benefit.
