立式轧环机传动系统的振动分析研究

摘要 通过分析立式轧环机传动系统的结构,建立了扭转振动理论计算模型,研究了传动系统在电机传递扭矩作用下的动力学特性,得到了传动轴的固有频率和振型。利用现代控制理论中的状态空间方法并结合MATLAB软件编程,对传动系统进行动力学仿真分析,得到了振动仿真曲线。为避免轧环机在工作过程因旋转共振产生破坏失效提供了理论依据,对立式轧环机传动系统的设计以及测试实验有指导意义。 By analyzing the transmission system of Ring Rolling Mill, the theoretical calculation model of the torsional vibration has been established. The dynamics characteristics of driving system under the motor torque have been studied, and then the natural frequency and main vibration mode of transmission shaft have been obtained. By use of the State-space approach in modern control theory combining with MATLAB programming, dynamic simulation for the transmission system has been analyzed, and the vibration simulation curve has been gained. The results provide theoretical data to avoid system's pin resonance, which also have significance to the design of the Ring Rolling Mill's transmission system and the testing experiment.
