摘要
在水温19~28℃下,测定了匙吻鲟Polyodon spathula(14.98 g±1.35 g^156.42 g±23.46 g)的耗氧率和窒息点。结果表明:匙吻鲟幼鱼耗氧率有昼夜节律性,一昼夜出现两个高峰值,分别在8:00和18:00,低峰值出现在0:00。耗氧率(Y)与水温(T)呈显著正相关,Y=0.2918T0.2818(R2=0.9477);耗氧率(Y)与鱼体重(W)呈显著负相关,Y=0.2924W-0.1663(R2=0.9326);耗氧量(Y′)则与体重呈显著正相关,Y′=4.675W1.5136(R2=0.9332);匙吻鲟的窒息点为(2.813±0.056)^(3.468±0.072)mg/L(以O2计)。
The standard oxygen consumption rate and asphyxial point of juvenile( 14.98 g ± 1.35 g - 156.42 g ±23.46 g) paddlefish (Polyodon spathula)were measured at 19 -28 ℃. The diurnal rhythm of the standard oxygen consumption was observed in the paddlefish, with the peak at 8:00 and 18:00, and the minimum at 0:00. The correlation between standard oxygen consumption rate(Y) and water temperature (T)was represented by the equation Y = 0. 2918T^0. 2818, and the standard oxygen consumption rate(Y) decreased with the body weight(W) increasing while the standard oxygen consumption (Y') increased with the body weight increasing, the correlation formulas were expressed as Y =0. 2924W^-0.1663 and Y' =4. 675W^1.5136 The asphyxial point was found to be (2. 813 ± 0. 056) - (3. 468 ± 0.072) mg/L.
