摘要
简单破碎获得的再生骨料性能较差,必须对其进行强化处理,笔者介绍了我国高品质再生骨料的制备方法.通过颗粒整形与强化,高品质再生粗骨料的性能可以与天然碎石相媲美,再生细骨料的性能也有大幅度地改善.建立科学的再生骨料标准,对于推动再生混凝土产业化和确保工程质量具有重要意义.为了更广泛地征求各方意见,介绍了正在制定中的中华人民共和国国家标准《混凝土和砂浆用再生细骨料》和《混凝土用再生粗骨料》(征求意见稿)的主要技术要求.
The performance of recycled simple crushed aggregate is relatively poor, and it hereby demands shaping and strengthening treatment. Preparation methods of high quality recycled aggregates are introduced in this paper. Especially, by means of particle shaping and strengthening, the properties of high quality recycled coarse aggregate are comparable with those of nature gravel, and properties of recycled fine aggregate are increased significantly as well. The scientific quality evaluation criterion of recycled aggregate is important for the industrialization development of recycled concrete and insurance of constructional quality. Furthermore, the main technical requirements in national standards《 Recycled Fine Aggregate for Concrete and Mortar》and 《Recycled Coarse Aggregate for Concrete and Mortar 》 are introduced.
