摘要
目的研究杏仁核在睡眠—觉醒调节中的作用。方法多导睡眠描记术(PSG)和杏仁核微量注射。结果L-谷氨酸引起觉醒(W)增多、慢波睡眠(SWS)和总睡眠时间(TST)减少;注射海人酸后第1天引起失眠,第3天后W减少,SWS和TST增多,而快波睡眠无显著变化。结论兴奋杏仁核神经元胞体可引起睡眠抑制,而损毁杏仁核神经元胞体则引起SWS增多。
Objective To investigate the role of nucleus amygdalae in regulating sleep and wakefulness. Method Polysomnography(PSG) and nucleus amygdalae microinjection. Results L-glutamate(L-Glu) enhanced wakefulness(W), but decreased slow wave sleep(SWS) and total sleep time(TST). Bilateral injection of kainic acid(KA) resulted in biphasic effects. At the first day after KA, insomnia occured. However, SWS and TST increased and W decreased since the third day, but PS did not change significantly. Conclusions The excitation of the cell bodies of neurons in nucleus amygdalae induces a SWSinhibiting effects, but the destruction of nucleus amygadalae increases SWS.
