摘要
物理模型是现代机械设计中常用的方法。作为模型设计的理论基础——相似理论,虽已基本成熟,但在使用中常常出现“失误”。原因主要在于简单照搬和不恰当的追求“精确性”。本文就提升机械和装载机械在模型设计中所遇到的问题,分析其错误所在及改正的方法。
Physical model is one of the most useful methodology often applied in modern machine design. Although the principles—simulation theory for model design have matured, prolems are often improperly handled. Simple imitation and improper accuracy seeking are main points of failure. In this paper, author presents some existing examples in physical model design for mine hoists and loaders. Analysis of improperiety and ways of correction are provided.
