阴离子交换纤维对酸性染料吸附性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用自制阴离子交换纤维(3-脲基-2-羟基丙基纤维素),对酸性蓝黑CB染料的静态、动态吸附和解吸性能进行了研究。结果表明:此阴离子交换纤维对酸性蓝黑CB染料的吸附曲线符合BET多层等温吸附方程式,吸附反应以液膜扩散为主,反应动力学符合Dunwald-Wagnent液膜扩散公式。动态吸附时,粉色组分先穿透,其次是蓝色组分,最后是黑色组分。随着流速的增加,穿透时间缩短,处理水量减少。用5%的NaOH解吸,解吸率大,解吸速度快。 Acid blue - black dye was adsorbed on an anion exchanger fiber 3 - Ureido - 2 - Hydroxypropyl cellulose. Adsorp- tion behaviors were studied by using static, sorption behavior for acid blue - black obeys liquid surface and obeys Dunwald - Wagnent one, black constituent is the last one under dynamic adsorption and desorption methods. Experimental results show that the ad- the BET isotherm equation. Adsorption kinetics is mainly affected by expansion of the expansion formula of the liquid surface. Pink constituent penetrates firstly, then blue dynamic adsorption. Time shortens and adsorption capacity decreases with increase of velocity of flow. Desorption rate and velocity are both high when it is desorbed with 5% NaOH
