摘要
TOLL样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLR)是自身免疫的关键模式识别受体,它参与宿主对致病微生物的识别和防御等感染免疫过程,也与人体的获得性免疫密切相关,是目前感染免疫学研究的热点和重点。研究涉及细菌、真菌、病毒和原虫等;研究的领域也涉及到几乎全身各个系统,并且取得许多有意义的研究成果,阐明了许多感染性疾病的发病机制。眼球在感染性免疫和获得性免疫方面与全身其他器官有相似之处,越来越多的研究已发现眼部组织有功能性的TLR表达,而且与眼部的炎症反应密切相关。本文就TLR的结构特点、家族成员及信号转导通路,以及其与眼表炎症性疾病的关系作一综述。
Toll-like receptors (TLR) are the critical pattern recognition receptors of the autoimmunity. They play roles in process of infection immunity such as the recognition and defense of host for pathogenic microorganism, and also have relations with human acquired immunity, which are the hot spots and key points of infection immunity research. Recent researches involve in infections of bacterium, fungus, virus and protozoa, and research areas include almost all systems over the body. Many significant results have been achieved, which interpret the pathogenesis of many infectious diseases. Eyeball is similar with other organs in infection immunity and acquired immunity. More researches have found functional TLR expression in ocular tissues, which relates with inflammatory reaction in ocular. The construction features, family members and signal transduction pathway of TLR and their relations with ocular surface diseases are summarized.
