摘要
对大规格螺旋锥齿轮齿形误差的在机测量方法进行了研究。分析了齿轮测量中心和CMM测量齿形误差的原理及其存在的问题。根据螺旋锥齿轮齿面的数学模型,运用矢量运算的方法,给出了齿面各离散点在其展成位置时径矢和法矢的计算方法。根据YK20100型数控螺旋锥齿轮磨齿机在机测量系统的模型,提出了基于展成原理的齿形误差测量方法,可以采用较小直径的球形测头无干涉地完成全齿面的测量。基于AutoCAD的二次开发功能,编制了在机测量仿真系统,仿真测量结果与实际磨齿加工后经M&M Sigma 7齿轮测量中心检测得到的结果一致,验证了在机测量方法的正确性。
On-machine measuring method of tooth form errors of spiral bevel gears was investigated. The inspection principle of gear measuring machine and CMM is analyzed. Based on the mathematical model of the tooth surface, the tooth flank of spiral bevel gears is discretized and a method is developed for calculating the radial vector and normal vector of the discrete points on its generating position. According to the model of on-machine measuring system of YK20100 CNC spiral bevel gear grinding machine, a method for inspecting tooth form errors is proposed based on generation principle. It can use smaller spherical probe to measure the whole tooth flank without interference. A simulation system for on-machine measurement was developed based on AutoCAD development platform. An experimental gear was ground on YK20100 grinding machine and then inspected on M & M Sigma 7 gear measuring instrument. The agreement of the simulation results with the experimental data validates the proposed method.
