摘要
本文应用弹塑性理论,研究了轴向载荷对液压胀接接头残余接触压力分布的影响,提出了液压胀接管板的最佳开槽位置应根据轴向载荷的性质来确定的建议,导出了接头最大理论拉脱或压脱强度的表达式。分析表明,当管板厚度较大时,工程拉脱力的计算公式与理论值存在较大的误差,在胀接接头的管子受拉时,工程计算公式偏于冒验。
In this paper, the residual contact pressure distributinn which effected by the axial loadacted on hydraulic expanding tube-to-tubesheet joints of heat exchangers is investigated withtheory of elsticity and plasticity. A proposal that grooves in the bore hole of tubesheet be po-sitioned according to the axial load of the tubes in a heat exchanger is raised. Formulas ofmaximum pulling-out or pushing-out force of hydraulic expanding tube-to-tubesheet jointsare derived.
