摘要
目的探讨多元化教学在中医护理学课程的实践过程的效果。方法通过问卷对113名护士进行调查,对其自身能力的提高表示此教学法的成效。结果认为本课教学效果。优”占88.78%,“良”占6.54%,“差”占4.68%。结论多元化教学在中医护理学课程的应用能提高护生的学习效果,是体现知识、能力和素质并重的人才培养模式。
Objective To study the effect of diverse teaching methods of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Methods Questionnaires to the students were applied, the effect was indicated by the improvement of students' abilities. Results The students have improved their knowledge, the abilities to innovate, solve problean, and the abilities of self- study. Conclusions Applying diverse methods to teach basic of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can improve the teaching effect, bring up the students'comprehensive quality, and reflect our equal attention to the students'knowledge, ability and quality.
