摘要
在职业院校实行弹性学制,建立多样性的办学体制,形成多元化的发展格局。弹性学制不仅包括学生对学习内容的自由选择,还包括对学习时间、学习进度的自主安排,从而拓展了教育在时间和空间上的弹性,尊重了学生的个体差异,对我国职业教育的现代化及终身学习社会的构建具有重要意义。
It is necessary for vocational colleges to perform flexible educational system and build multiple school-running systems so as to form diversified developing pattern.Flexible educational system includes not only students free selection on learning content,but also the learning time and the free arrangement on learning schedule.It expands the flexibility in both time and space for education and respects the individual differences among students,and therefore it is of great significance for the modernization of national vocational education and the construction of lifelong learning society.
