摘要
针对目前无固相完井液存在的问题,以羟乙基纤维素增粘剂、磺化沥青降失水剂、磺化烤胶降粘剂、氯化钠、氯化钾、碳酸钙、氯化钙、溴化钠及甲醛杀菌剂等为主要原料,研制了一种新型低伤害无固相完井液及其高密度配方体系。该体系pH值为8~9,表观粘度为36~52 mPa·s,API失水量可控制在10 mL以下,120℃热滚10 h后的性能基本无变化,90℃热滚16 h后的红泥岩回收率达96.8%,常温下放置14天后不沉降、不发霉。研究结果表明,该无固相完井液体系对油气层伤害低,配方中碳酸钙可酸化溶解,可泵性好,对红泥岩等的水化膨胀具有较好的抑制作用,并且具有较好的抗温性、沉降稳定性和防腐性。
In order to resolve the deficiency of the current solid-free completion fluid, a novel low injury solid-free completion fluid and its high density formulae were developed with hydroxy ethyl cellulose tackifier, sulfonated asphalt fluid loss reducer, SMK viscosity reducer, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, sodium bromide and methanal as major raw materials. The pH of the system was 8 - 9, its apparent viscosity was 36 -52 mPa· s, API filtrate loss was below 10 mL, rheological property had little change after 10 h at 120 ℃, and the red mudstone recovery was up to 96.8% after 16 h at 90 ℃. Research results indicated that the solid-free completion fluid system had no pollution to hydrocarbon reservoir, calcium carbonate in the formulation was acidifiable and dissoluble so the pumpability of the was good, and the fluid inhibited the hydration expansion of red mudstone effectivelly.
